The Weeknd’s Next Business Venture: Owning a Part of UFC He’s now part-owner of the biggest MMA company out there.

The Weeknd isn’t playing any games right now. He has a new album on the way, a partnership with a Puma to push and he’s stopping by Saturday Night Live this weekend. As Pitchfork reports, he is adding yet another role to his already-busy life: investor. Earlier this year, talent agency WME-IMG acquired UFC for a $4 billion, using celebrity-financed aid to reach the hefty $4 billion price-tag. Alongside Calvin Harris, Adam Levine, LL Cool J, Jimmy Kimmel, Conan O’Brien and more, The Weeknd was one of a host of celebrities to pledge at least $250,000 to the effort.
